After experiencing a few different careers, Jen has found her love in the fitness industry. She has been a personal trainer and barre exercise instructor since 2005. In 2007 she acquired a Power Pilates mat certification. She has integrated willPower & grace into her program as of July 2011. As the mother of two children, she understands how difficult, yet important it is to find time for your health and well - being. She is truly inspired by both methods and its results, and she constantly seeks ways to inspire her clients through its many variations. Jen regularly attends core-conditioning classes in the local area and enrolls in continuing fitness education courses to further her exercise knowledge.
Barre Fusion is a challenging,unique workout,
designed to strengthen and sculpt your body, as well as increase flexibility. Use the ballet barre, your body weight, along with light free weights to define and tone your body.
With regular class attendance, clients will develop greater definition in their arms and shoulders, as well as tighten their abs, seat and thighs. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.

I've been going to the gym since I was a teenager. I'm now 45 years old and in the best shape of my life because of Barre Fusion. I feel leaner, stronger, and healthier than I've felt in a long time.
